You are supposed to have read, analyse and underline the
Grammar Reference of your
student's book. So you must be ready to solve the following:
- Get into groups of 3 or 4 people.
- Once more, look up the Grammar Reference of your student's book.
- Make original sentences using the correct conditional and express:
- a probable situation + its structure
- a hypothetical situation + its structure
- a hypothetical situation in the past + its structure
- a thing which is always true -- scientific facts, general truths.
- When you are finished, send it all as a comment or email it to me at negroarroz@gmail.com. Your work will be posted on the blog.
- Finally, as well as a comment or via email, say which presentation is your favourite one.
- Bonus. Make a sentence for each of the following: if...not; unless; even if; as long as; providing that; but only if.
Aida-Olga-Nacho
ReplyDelete-If you say "goodbye" we'll feel sad.
-I wouldn't get wet if I took the umbrella.
-If we had used a condon, I wouldn't have pregnanted.
I couldn't write it before.
See you Edu!
As long as I need something, I'll come here!!
Aida.
Aida, Olga, Nacho, good try!
ReplyDeleteBut, why don't you try to include the STRUCTURE of the conditionals?
Now have a look at your 3rd sentence and compare it with this one:
-If we had used a condoM, I wouldn't HAVE BEEN PREGNANT.
Can you include a 4th sentence? The ZERO CONDITIONAL, that's to say, a thing which is always true -- scientific facts, general truths.
Thanks
